I grew up in an in home daycare run by my mother. My Father always said I would either love working with children, or hate it. I guess I have to admit, I love it! My first job out of high school was as a teacher's aide with Dianne Adair at Sequoia Day Care in 1994. From there my career involved working with children of all ages, from two years old through the 12th grade.
I love working with children because every day I feel like I have done something good for the world by helping them.
I have a BA in Sociology from Humboldt State University (now Cal State Poly) and an AA in ECE. I returned to Dianne Adair as an assistant director in 2016 and again as a director in 2023.
I am proud to work for this company, which dedicates itself to high quality care for children.
