First Day of school. Childcare will be operating as normal for morning care from 7 am to 8:15 am. And after school care as well

Jungle James brings in a variety of rainforest and jungle creatures and animals. The presentation is hands on and very educational.

Lunch will be provided. A Nacho bar with cheese and chili and other toppings

We will watch an all ages appropriate movie and enjoy popcorn during the movie

A fun game of tag where we grab flag football flags off the other team.

An excellent STEAM activity. Students work together to make a really cool lego brick build.

Germar the magician has been a part of our Summer Camps for a few years now. He has great magic tricks that I cannot even begin to explain

We will celebrate the end of our time at Highlands with a variety of games and events!

Chef Habib, executive Chef of Luna and Fiore in Concord will be coming in to teach the class a cooking lesson.

We will travel from HL campus to the Grove park in downtown clayton via MDUSD school busses. We will play in the park and playground and then gather together for lunch at the Veranda Cafe in Clayton (adjacent to the park)

when Science meets Cooking! We will have the kids make their own ice cream using cream, sugar and vanilla. POlace it all in a bag with ice and rock salt and shake shake shake….and eat

We will be making everyone a snow cone to enjoy

This is a great steam and creative craft. The children will make a parachute and a basket to hopefully protect the egg from breaking

We will use cardboard boxes and other craft materials to create a diy cardboard pinball machine

We will travel by MDUSD Bus to Dave & Busters. All our Dianne Adair sites will be on hand for this private event.
